Terms and conditions
- There is a level approach to the cottage via a gravelled parking area and slate slab walkway. Stairs with handrail to lower ground floor bedrooms and bathroom and again to first floor bedroom. There is a shower on the ground floor and a grab rail by both w.cs and by the bath. There is reasonably level access to the exterior utility room with one step at the entrance.
- Reservations are to be confirmed in writing or by e-mail with a 10% deposit (non-refundable) per room booked – please send a cheque in the post. The balance of the payment shall be payable two weeks before the commencement of the visit. For bookings made less than three weeks before the date of the visit the total fee is payable at the time of booking.
- The owners reserve the right to refuse bookings from groups of single sex people under the age of 25 and/or hen and stag parties.
- Guests are requested to take all reasonable and proper care of the property and the contents during their stay and to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition.
- Guests are reminded that they are legally bound to pay for any replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs incurred as a direct result of their use of the property.
- As a courtesy to all guests Ty Gwlan has a non-smoking policy.
- We are unable to accept pets due to the close proximity of sheep.
- We are committed to helping the environment in the way we farm and run our business. We appreciate any help guests can give in recycling their waste – bottles, plastic, paper etc. There are reasonably facilities in Denbigh and Ruthin but not in the immediate vicinity.
